It should be emphasized that our fees are only applied if successful, i.e. we only charge our fees if you manage to rent accommodation with our assistance.
The application fee of CHF 290 is required when the file is opened, during the first appointment at our agency. These costs are due for taking charge of the study of your file and the search for accommodation that corresponds to your search criteria. If you find accommodation on our site and decide to finalize the transaction with our agency, a brokerage fee of 35 CHF per m² will also be charged, with a minimum of 1000 CHF.
